Feature: Digital rights debated in Dublin

Digital rights was the hot topic at UPC’s Digital Confidence conference at the Westbury hotel in Dublin on Tuesday. The Irish Minister for Communications Eamon Ryan got the ball rolling by saying the parties involved needed to find a way to resolve the problem without fighting it out in the courts.
